At Presnell’s Bayside Marina & RV Resort in Port St. Joe, Florida, we want every guest to enjoy a safe, relaxing, and memorable stay on Florida’s Forgotten Coast. Our campground policies and park rules are designed to ensure a clean, secure, and family-friendly environment for everyone. Please review the following guidelines before your arrival. By booking a reservation, you agree to these rules. Management reserves the right to update policies as needed without notice.
General Park Policies:
- All RVs, vehicles, and boats must be properly licensed and insured. Management reserves the right to approve all units.
- Presnell’s Bayside Marina & RV Resort is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property. Guests agree to hold Presnell’s Bayside Marina & RV Resort harmless from any claims.
Check-In & Check-Out:
- Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Late check-outs may result in a fee.
- Car passes must be displayed at all times.
- Guests under 18 may not rent campsites.
Parking & Campsite Use:
- One RV and two vehicles per site. Additional parking is available.
- No parking in vacant sites or roadways.
- Subleasing of sites is prohibited.
Reservations & Cancellations:
- $25 cancellation fee applies.
- Nightly & Weekly: 14-day cancellation policy.
- Monthly: 30-day cancellation policy.
- Holiday Reservations: Full payment required; 3-night minimum; No refunds.
- No refunds for early departures or weather-related changes.
Occupancy & Visitors:
- Site rate includes up to 4 guests: $3 per day for each additional person over age 5 (max 6 per site).
- Visitors must register and pay a $10 daily fee to use facilities. Guests must leave by 10:00 PM.
Quiet Hours & Safety:
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Speed Limit: 5 MPH
- All minors must be supervised by an adult after 9:00 PM.
Pet Policy:
- Maximum of 2 pets per site.
- Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and not left unattended.
- No aggressive breeds or excessive barking allowed.
- Pets are not permitted in buildings, pool area, or playground.
Swimming Pool Rules:
- Pool Hours: 8:00 AM to Sunset – No Lifeguard on Duty.
- No diving, running, or rough play.
- Children under 16 require adult supervision.
- Shower before entering. No saltwater gear in the pool.
- No food, drinks, smoking, glass, or pets on the pool deck.
Boat & Marina Rules:
- No Wake Zone in the marina basin and canal.
- No mooring in another guest’s slip.
- Fish cleaning only in designated areas.
RV Site Maintenance & Conduct:
- Approved fire pits only.
- Trash must be placed in dumpsters.
- No washing RVs, vehicles, or boats on-site.
- Sewer collars required by law.
- No fireworks, clotheslines, outdoor appliances, or air conditioners in tents.
- Respect fellow campers; rude behavior, public intoxication, and offensive language will result in removal without refund.
Emergency & Weather:
- Tropical storms or hurricanes may require evacuation; no refunds, but vouchers may be issued.
- Guests must be prepared to move RVs in case of emergency.
Additional Guidelines:
- No firearms, BB guns, air rifles, slingshots, or hunting.
- Golf carts must be driven responsibly, no unlicensed drivers.
- Keep campsites tidy; do not tamper with utilities or landscaping.
