Are pets allowed at your RV resort?
Yes, we welcome up to two pets per site. Pets must always be on a 6 ft. leash while on the property.
Do you offer long-term RV site rates?
Yes, we offer weekly rates on all RV sites and monthly rates on interior RV sites. Waterfront RV sites are not available for monthly stays.
Can I check in early to my RV site?
Early check-in is available if your site is ready. Please call ahead to confirm.
What is the maximum number of guests per RV site?
Each RV site can accommodate up to six people.
Will I be guaranteed the specific RV lot I reserved?
Yes, as long as your reservation is confirmed and your deposit is paid. However, management reserves the right to adjust inner lot assignments to maximize occupancy.
When is payment processed for my reservation?
A 50% deposit is required when booking your RV site. The remaining balance is charged 24 hours before arrival. Holiday reservations require full payment at the time of booking and a 3-night minimum stay.
What is your RV site cancellation policy?
Nightly and weekly reservations: Cancel at least 14 days before arrival for a refund (minus a $25 fee).
Monthly reservations: Cancel at least 30 days before arrival for a refund (minus a $25 fee).
Cancellations within these windows are non-refundable. Holiday reservations and early departures are also non-refundable. There are no refunds for changes due to scallop or fishing season closures.
