Does RV site rental include boat slip?
No, boat slips are paid separately due to limited number of slips.
Can I park my boat at my campsite?
No, we have boat/trailer parking across the road. Overnight boat docking is available, $18.00 per night.
What credit cards do you accept?
Visa and Master Card only.
Do you allow pets? How many?
Yes, two. Pets MUST be on 6 ft. leash at all times.
Do you offer long-term rates?
We offer weekly on all sites and monthly on interior sites. No monthly on water front sites.
Can I check in early?
Yes, if your site is available.
What is the max number of people per site?
Six.
Will I be guaranteed the lot I requested?
Yes, as long as you have confirmed your reservation and paid your deposit for the site you requested. However, management reserves the right to move inner lot campers down one direction or the other if necessary to maximize occupancy.
Will the payment come out of my account when I arrive or at the time of booking?
A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made and the remaining balance will automatically be charged to your credit card 24 hours prior to your arrival date, except for Holidays which are due in full at the time the reservation is made. Holiday reservations also require a 3 night minimum stay.
How far in advance do I have to cancel my reservation?
14 days prior to arrival for nightly and weekly reservations and 30 days prior to arrival for monthly reservations. Cancellation of a reservation after the 14 or 30 day requirement result in NO REFUND. After the remaining balance has been collected 24 hours prior to arrival, 100% of the reservation/RV Park charge is NON-REFUNDABLE. There is NO REFUND for Holiday reservations; for a shortened stay after check-in; or due to cancellation of scallop or fish seasons. Must notify office of any discounts prior to arrival. There is a $25.00 fee for any cancellation.
Do you have Wi-Fi and Cable TV?
Yes, we have *Basic Wi-Fi (password available at check-in) and HD Cable TV including ESPN channels.

Do we have to park across the road?
Your camper and two vehicles are allowed per campsite.
Can we make a small fire at our RV site?
Approved Fire Pits only.
Do you offer full hook-ups?
Yes, 30 and 50 amp, Cable TV, and sewer hookup at each site.
Do you have group rates?
We can custom price for large groups per request.
Is the pool heated?
Pool is heated certain times of the year.
Do you have RV and boat storage?
Yes, across the road, uncovered.

The closest towns are Port St. Joe, 4.5 miles, Apalachicola, 23 miles, and Mexico Beach, 17 miles. Other nearby cities are Panama City, 41 miles, and Tallahassee, 105 miles.
Do you have boat rentals?
Yes, 20 ft. bay skiffs, pontoons, kayaks and paddle boards.
How close is the nearest golf course?
1/2 mile, St Joseph Bay Country Club, open to the public.
